What if an applicant forgets to save the link to come back and edit later?

When accessing your teacher’s submission you can also get the resume submission link and share it with her as seen below:
Also, we recommend you select the Email field that contains the user’s email address in the Respondent email address list. This way the Save for later link will be sent by email to form respondents.

On of our teachers didn’t save the link in order to come back and finish her application. I can see it as a submission in my list. Is there a way for her to retrieve her application in order to keep working on it?
