We do provide several third-party applications that you can integrate with your web forms. However, at the moment, we do not have a direct integration with the Pipedrive CRM system.
As you mentioned, the best solution for your request is to create a zap between us and Pipedrive to create the desired workflow.

Hi – I would like to know if 123formbuilder supports integration with other services? In particular, the CRM system called Pipedrive. I would like to make it so that whenever someone completes our form, it automatically creates a new Deal in our Pipedrive account. I realize I can do this with Zapier but would prefer to do it without a 3rd party service. Thank you.
