I want to create a form where people can fill the form and each participant is given a unique registration number in the end which can be used for future reference.

Thank you for reaching out to us. 
 
Each submission can have a unique Reference ID that can be enabled in the Advanced → Submissions section of your form. Of course, the Reference ID can be shared with your clients via email.
