Assistance with Approvals

Good afternoon,

I could use some assistance with properly setting up the approval rules for some of our forms. We currently have several forms still in pending even after the final approver has approved a form submission.

I had a rule set up where the requesting email was being sent an approval as well, which was removed. But we seem to still be having issues with forms being sent to *blank* for approval which leaves the forms pending.

The described behavior is the expected one, meaning that if your approval setup contains multiple approvers, at the moment when the submission is made, even if you remove one of them at a later time, our system is still pending all the initial approvers to approve/reject the submission. 
 
However, please note that even if an approver has been removed, since he already received the approval request by email, he can still approve/reject the submission and the status will be updated accordingly. 
 
Of course, since you removed the unwanted approval, the new entries will expect the approval/rejection only from the current one.
