Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, we don’t have the option to merge the databases of two different forms, but you can include a unique identifier for each submission so you can match the submissions from the two databases.
More precisely, on the first form, you can add a hidden Short Answer field and enable the Unique ID option, as seen below.
Further, when you redirect to the second form, you can pass the data to a Short Answer field from this form as well.
In case you require any other assistance, please let us know.

Hello, I have a quick question? I have a consent form I need a customer to sign first and submit. Then i want it to go to a survey form for them to fill the rest of their info in.
My qeustions is is there a way I can link those responses together somehow on a google sheet. so i know that that survey and form are together without having to ask their name again on the survey after they already filled in the first consent form?
