Please note that the page from which the form is submitted is called the Form Host, and the page from which your clients get to the Host page is called the Referrer page.
When a form is submitted directly through the form link rather than the embedded version, our system generates the form URL as the Form Host.

Hello,
In all our forms we have an information of the Form host, the URL from which the client as arrived to the landing.
But I have a form where the form host is the name of form on the platform.
Is it possible to help understand if there is any problem in the parametrization?
