Do you offer additional training?

Yes, in addition to the services and features you already have included in your plan, you can request extra training sessions for your team. The training program comes at an additional cost, and it can help get everyone aligned on product know-how to reach maximum productivity.

What’s your response time?

Our customer care team is available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 12 AM. We use this time interval to answer every question, prioritizing the ones that might prevent customers from using the product or have a sense of urgency. On our Live Chat, you get an instant answer from us. For more complex use cases that require our technical experts’ know-how and a collaborative approach, you’ll usually hear back from us in a maximum of 24-48 hours.

Is customer support available for all 123FormBuilder plans?

Absolutely. All 123FormBuilder plans (Basic, Gold, Platinum, Professional, and Enterprise) have access to customer care. There are multiple ways to get in touch with us, either through the live chat, ticketing system, or email. 

If you have an Enterprise plan, you will also have a Dedicated Account Manager and assistance from Technical Account Managers, which are not included in the other packages

Do you provide implementation services?

We can assist you with getting 123FormBuilder up and running in your organization. Whether you need a personalized onboarding process, extra training, or guidance through integration with other platforms such as Salesforce, we can add that to your package at any point in time. 

Do you help with custom JavaScript and CSS?

If you need a highly-customized form or workflow, you have the flexibility to add custom Javascripts and CSS, which you can build in-house or by partnering with an external team of developers. We can help you with technical documentation, which you can find in our Knowledge Base.

Do you offer API support?

While we don’t offer API support, you can check the information in our Developer Center to learn about your options and possibilities.
